| The Porch is Open |
 With Chef Gary's New Menu & Small Plate Entrees!
We have eagerly anticipated the re-opening of our beautiful bocce Porch overlooking the Courts and the beautiful Chestnut Ridge. Everything is starting to "green-up", Spring is finally here and the Porch is open!
Come join us to sample Chef Gary West's additions to our Lunch and Dinner Menus. For Lunch, try a Grilled Veggie Ciabatta with Sherry Vinaigrette and Manchego Cheese; a Shrimp & Crab Salad or Dilled Salmon & Egg Salad, both on buttery Croissants; or the new Smokey Orange Barbecued Chicken or Tandoori Spiced Chicken Sandwiches - both open face on Pita. And we are also proud to feature Victoria's Curried Chicken Salad in addition to our traditional Chicken Salad - both as plates or on a Croissant.
For Dinner you will see the return of such popular items as our Tenderloin & Shrimp Kabobs, Ahi Tuna - in several different guises. Thai Pork Tenderloin, and a very fine Grilled Veal Chop.
New also is a focus on "Small Plates". Most of our Dinner Entrees will be available in tasting portion sizes. This offers you a way to taste several dishes, new or old favorites, without breaking the bank!

Choose between our intimate Family Style Dining or our elegant Mother's Day Buffet.
Gather the family around for a sit-down family style dinner with menu choices of Ham with Fruit Chutney, Chicken Saltimbocca, Southern Belle Chicken, Pretzel Crusted Salmon, Shrimp & Crab Tarragon and more! Seatings for family style dining run from 11:30am to 4pm.
Or Mom may enjoy our fabulous buffet including Chef Carved Steamship Round of Beef, Herb Crusted Pork Loin, Casserole of Shrimp & Scallops, Baked Haddock, Chicken Romano, Farefalle Pasta and more. Seating for the dinner buffet begin at 11am with seatings on the hour through 5pm.

Join us on the Porch for our 5th Annual Summer Tasting. We will feature over 30 different wines from 4 different Distributors and our own Cellars. Since it is Summer we will focus on bright, refreshing whites, roses and sparklers; lighter bodied reds; and a few wines that can really rock the grilling world! Plus heavy hors d'oeuvres. $55 per person.

A 6-course, 6-wine Summer Feast! Watch for the Menu to come out soon. As is our custom, this event will take place in the Pool Pavilion and will be partially interactive. Chef Gary West will be teaching you some wonderful techniques for you to put to use in your own gourmet kitchen. |

The original Softwinds formed in 1960 and have performed a number of venues in Pittsburgh and the surrounding tri-state area.
