to advertise that his beer was ready to drink, he would hang a red star outside
the door. Back then, a red star meant the beer was fresh, the food was plentiful,
and the people celebrated. Now, years later, we bring you Red Star Brewery and
Grille in the Historic Greensburg Train Station. Red Star combines the brewing
traditions of early Greensburg with that of our Bavarian brewing forefathers.
